At Rubberco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home flooring and utility mats, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut rubber rolls or personalized mats are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused rubber products in their original packaging, ensuring all edges are protected and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our central distribution center for quality inspection.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
